I like to have a copy of the agenda, but on this copy have a space between each of the entries which is used specifically for documenting adjusted times and making a note notes on each instructor's participation. Then this will be what I use to ultimately calculate all the instructor hours. You may also want to show this to the instructors at the end of each day to address any calculating discrepancies. Once a class is concluded, the work of the lead instructor is not finished. This is when the course finalization process begins. This presentation will discuss in detail about how to calculate instructor hours.
